When you think about it, ‘last’ also makes sense. As in ‘last moments’ or ‘last on the list’. Either way, you raise a good point. I suppose it would help to highlight that the reference is to ‘feeling’ as opposed to ‘being’ spiritual. We don’t always feel enlightened, but we are always of Spirit. You’ve been helping me stay on track quite a bit of late, it seems. BTW, I haven’t forgotten about the posts about spirituality on your blog. I still intend to go back, find the one that I disagreed with (it was only a small point that caught me up, not the whole essay), and run my thoughts by you.
